Learning to Run can be a Soul Destroying Process

The burning lungs. The pains in your legs. Your head telling you to stop!

Run too fast and this experience is guaranteed…but we have a solution!

Our beginners running groups will teach you how to enjoy running and see constant improvements in your ability.

We’ll start you out with walking and short jogging periods to ensure you experience success from session one. You’ll gradually spend more time jogging and less time walking.

Before you know it you’ll be joining one of our faster pace groups and running your way to a happier and healthier life.

The benefits of running range from weight loss, effective stress release, improved moods and self esteem but there are far more benefits we don’t have space to discuss.

We’ll support your journey with educational articles and a bunch of new friends who want you to succeed.

Week 1:

5 minutes walking warm up

Dynamic Stretch

1 minute easy jog, 90 second walk.

Alternate for 20 minutes…

Week 10:

5 minutes walking warm up

Dynamic Stretch

45 minutes of non stop running covering a minimum of 5k!
