No. This arrangement is priced so people who cannot attend any club training sessions do not have to pay for them. Club memberships start from just £57/year for unlimited runs and are available at https://cheltenhamrunning.co.uk/memberships/
If you decide the arrangement is not for you simply email us before week 5 and we'll refund your squad fee in full.
The NHS App does not provide the most important factors in running 5k. Speeds, coach guidance, member support and education are all vital to your sustainable progress as a runner.
You'll be referred to our Physiotherapist, Katie Foster, to discuss how the programme should be adapted.
Your coach will prioritise your healthy return to running over the 5k completion if it means preventing further damage.
You'll still have access to the course and the option to join future Squads for a reduced fee.
