Both benefit from a dedicated closed Facebook group, Unlimited Coach Guidance and your very own personal running programme. These squads can be joined and followed online for flexibility around location and lifestyle, or with club run attendance.

Everyone can run, but if you want to do it well and in a pain free way then our Standard Membership is for you. Get more out of joining a club than just running, by taking advantage of our personalised exercise programmes called ‘Strength and Conditioning’ where you can follow a workout plan in the comfort of your own home, gym or in our small group exercise technique sessions.
Standard members also gain a 50% discount on ourYoga for Runners class, usually £7 session. These classes are great for flexibility and releasing tension from muscles, not to mention helping align breathing with exercise which every runner can benefit from.
