Why Cheltenham Running Club Has Helped Zakia: Beginner Interview

Zakia joined Cheltenham Running Club in March 2016 and went from strength to strength taking on Cheltenham’s Half Marathon later that year.

She’d kept away from running due the the effect it had on her lungs but overcame that when running with our groups.
