“ANYONE CAN RUN” but some don’t realise how fun and pain free it can be until they seek help with it. We’re here to provide that help! We promise you’ll find running so much easier than you expect, with a range of speed/ability groups in our club runs you’ll be able to go at a pace that suits you. Begin to enjoy learning to run by doing it in a group of people at a similar ability!


You may start off on walk and jog intervals so you see improvements week on week. You'll gradually spend more time jogging and less time walking and  before you know it you'll be joining one of our non-stop running groups!
