Beginner to Half Marathon

In this video Head Coach, Conor Graham, talks about how we train our members for the goals they set for themselves, Cheltenham Half Marathon included. He explains how having a personal running programme helps to over come obsticles like holidays or work and setbacks like illness. Coach Conor asks one of our Couch to 5k members to explain why she’s going to start a running programme to help her complete her first half marathon.
