Couch to 5k Runners Discuss Week 4 in the Cheltenham Running Club Couch to 5k

In this video I interview two of our Couch to 5k runners to discuss how it’s going in the dreaded week 4 of our Couch to 5k Plan.

Neither of these guys expected to be able to run the 4 minutes let alone go on to run 5k non-stop. They’ve since progressed to 10k and will no doubt run their first half marathons in 2018.
