Hill Reps at Cheltenham Race Course

Cheltenham running club members hill training for the Cheltenham Challenge. In this training everyone starts at the top and runs down to their marker in 4 minutes then runs back to the top in 2:30.

Hill reps are a brilliant way of improving your hill climbing ability if you can achieve even or negative splits throughout the set.
