We have walking and running speeds to suit all abilities so if you'd like to join then next step is to book a call with our Head Coach.
You may be nervous but from the second you start the session with your group you'll realise there's nothing to worry about.
You can Transform into a Runner!
Very friendly. You don’t need to be a runner to join , as with the support of the coach and your running friends, you can be transformed into a runner. Want to walk instead? No problem join the walking group. Age isn’t a barrier either. I joined when I was well into my 60’s. Conor designs a personal training plan for you. He’s always contactable for advice .

Back from 2 years out of Running to Crush the Cheltenham Half Marathon
I wanted to get back into running after a break of 2 years. I set myself the Cheltenham half marathon in Oct as my target. The club got me going again and they are so welcoming and inclusive. Conor gives great advice. I thoroughly recommend the club and am constantly telling friends about it.
