Why Prepare for our Couch to 5k Programme
Most people who start with us do so completely unaware of how to condition their muscles for running.
We offer a free trial before people decide to join our programme but some find themselves in discomfort following the first couple of sessions and unable to make the most of their trial.
We can give you the guidance and support you need to ensure you have a body which is ready to start running.
