Covid-19 Latest

It should be obvious but needs to be said...

If you have any of the key Covid-19 symptoms please cancel any booking and get yourself tested. We have not had one case traced back to the club so far and we'd like to keep it that way.

Accessing and Using Your Running Programme

Your running programme will be ready soon after the official start date of your membership.

The speeds, distances and other variables are based on you ability right before the plan starts so we'll ask you submit details like time trial, target dates and recent long run stats in the week before your programme begins.

When your programme is ready you'll receive an email with log in details to access your programme on the fitness application, GymCalc.

Once logged in follow along with the video below for an explanation of how to use your programme on a PC.

Book a Squad Member Coach Call

You are going to have challenges and setbacks throughout your membership but the sooner we discuss then the more likely we can minimise their effects.

Book a coach call for things like:

  • any accident or injury so we can discuss what to do about your running and whether there are other exercises you can do instead
  • illness or covid isolation so we can discuss what to focus on while off running and what the plan will be when you're ready to walk
  • any new events, busy work periods or holidays which could effect your ability to carry out the runs from your plan.

Book a Race Strategy Call

Starting each running event with a plan, based on what we know you can achieve will help you achieve more than we thought was possible.

On this call we'll look over your recent run data and the details of the route before deciding on a target speed for the first half of the race. Still to this speed and you'll be far more likely to achieve an overall time and experience which you're proud of.
