Congratulations on joining the Squad!

I'm really excited to get you set up and progressing through your programme. If you keep in contact then there is no obstacle which can prevent you having a fantastic time in this group of motivated runners.

So what's next?

1. Friend Request me on Facebook

When I receive your request I'll add you into the Squad Facebook group. You can unfriend me right after if you'd like but I need to be your friend to add you to this closed group.

2. Have a look around our Expert Runner Transformation Course

The course is still in creation but the most important lectures are there to help you get set up. 

Click here and use your email address as the username and password to log in...

 Watch the following two lectures when you've gained access to your programme as they'll help it all make sense. 

3. Access your Programme

The video you see from above will demonstrate how to log in to the application which will host any programmes you have with us. Follow the instructions on a laptop or tablet for ease of use.
In the next few days you'd find the email from programmes@stsfitness.com with log in details and instructions.

4. Online Nutrition Programme

Your membership includes access to our quarterly online Nutrition Programmes. 

Email me if you'd like to know when the next one is starting at conor@cheltenhamrunning.co.uk

5. Strength & Conditioning Programme

Your membership also includes access to our quarterly online Strength & Conditioning Programme (S & C). 

I can set you up with the online programme on request but if your membership includes club attendance then you can also book in to attend session which can teach and correct your exercise technique. These sessions are just £2 which covers the gym space we'll use.

6. Free Yoga Classes

If your membership includes club attendance then you can attend our weekly Yoga classes. 

These are usually £7 but if you email me then I'll set you up with a coupon which allows you to book them for no charge.

 7. Bookmark Everything
I know you're busy so make sure the Facebook Group notifications are turned on, Expert Runner Course link, Mobile GymCalc link and Yoga class booking link  is added to your phone's home screen (click here to learn how) and email address is saved to your address book.

8. Invite a Friend

I want to give you the opportunity to invite a friend anywhere in the world to join this squad. Choose one or two friends you think could be interested in joining you in this programme so you can support one another along the way.
